Self Love Club was born out of our founder, Lizzy’s own journey into self-care following the birth of her first child.
As a new mother, Lizzy struggled with postpartum anxiety and insomnia, and found herself constantly searching for ways to improve her sleep and well-being. After trying numerous products and remedies, she discovered the benefits of sleeping on silk, which helped to soothe her skin, reduce hair breakage, and regulate her body temperature.
Inspired by this experience, Lizzy began researching the benefits of silk for babies and found that it was not only hypoallergenic and gentle on delicate skin, but also naturally temperature-regulating, making it the ideal material for baby bedding.
With a passion for creating high-quality, luxurious bedding with benefits for her daughter, Lizzy launched her own silk crib sheet company, using only the finest, ethically sourced silk and focusing on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
